Well i give triceps a couple of exercises most weeks and since ive started doing that my bench has improved.. Not a major fan of working biceps but my training buddy loves them so ive compromised and agree'd to give them a go on the end of Pulling days

Very true.. I always leave them until the end of a workout and I always seem drained by the time I get to them
