Rows - 60kg x8, 70kg x8, 80kg x8, 90kg x6, 100kg x3

Dumbbell Rows - 40kg x 8 (4 sets)

Cable Rows 90kg x10 (5 sets)

Lat Pull Down - 85kg x 8,8,7

Finished with some curls

Workout felt good.. Got lots of work in.. Disappointed with the rack pull at 180 because I've done it before and more?

Shoulder is coming along nicely.. Got some light dumbbell pressing in last week..

Hopefully I can do some light incline pressing now tonight to see how it feels..

Squatting is getting stronger but very slowly..
