Confidence is huge when doing squats. Keep going after it and it'll come soon enough.

strong work as usual,i find fullbody training a good way for frequent squatting maybe something worth considering

Thanks all.

Unfortunately my shoulder is giving severe pain which has stopped my pressing movements for the last 2 weeks. I have been to the physio and it seems to be deep in the joints so we're working on that at the minute.

I've been getting 2xback sessions and 2xleg sessions in per week since.

Tried walk outs as suggested by Kuyt, worked my way up to 180kg and thought I was going to be crushed.

Will log soon!

Was wondering where you went! Hope the injury doesn't curtail progress too much. I've not gone beyond 170kg for walkouts yet. Feels so heavy, can't imagine squatting the bugger any time soon. At least 130-140 will feel less intimidating on your back.

i done my right shoulder in a far time ago and it took along time to it sort it self out every time i done any pressing movements it would give me problems

I was thinking the same. I didnt expect it to feel so heavy.. When I stood out I realised how far away I was from squatting that weight.. Even 160 felt crippling

Squats
60kg x10, 100kg x6, 120kg x5, 100kg x6, 100kg x6, 100kg x5

Bent over barbell rows
60kg x8, 80kg x8, 90kg x8, 90kg x6

Did a little core work and left it
