Tbar rows - 60kg x8, 70kg x8, 80kg x8, 90kg x5, 80kg x6, 60kg x12

Dumbbell Rows - 40kg x8 (5 sets)

Cable Rows - Full stack + 40kg x10 (5 sets)

Lat Pull Down - 75kg x8, 85kg x8, 90kg x7, 90kg x6

Finished off with some curls

In a leisure centre gym with work.. Poor session but I got some done

DB Shoulder Press - 30kg x8, 6, 5, 5, 4

Lateral Raises - 18kg dumbbell x8 ( 4 sets)

Rear Delt Dumbbell Flyes - 20kg x10 ( 4 sets)

Upright Rows - 40kg x8 (3 sets)

Dumbbell Shrugs 38kg x12 (3 sets)

I find them very good.. 40kg is the heaviest dumbbells in the gym unfortunately so I need to start working on reps next
