Seriously though, after last night's session I was in extreme pain all evening and through the night and could barely walk...but, the pain abated a little, throughout the early hours of the morning, so no ambulance or emergency doc visit required but will be seeing one as soon as possible...have been asked to phone the surgery tomorrow morning, to see if there is a free spot.

The issue isn't training related but training/exertion brings it on So today, instead of a gentle 60 minutes cardio I reduced the time to 30 minutes and upped the tempo then did a session on the bike as well, so 40 minutes total, today; pain is bearable, better than yesterday but still very painful.

I think I just need a minor operation , no biggie (fingers crossed).
