New life, New log, New goals
Been away for a while which seems to be a recurring theme for me but whatya do right. Life got its nasty little claws in me and it broke me. Long story short......divorce, alcoholism, lack of sleep, lack of food, lack of desire for life led me down a very self destructive path.
As for now i got a new girl, a new home, and recently started school. Talk about starting all over again......
Some may remember i was around the 210 mark workin on a 400 bench and pullin and squatin in the low 500's. I was searchin for a 1600 Raw total.......but to be honest that ain't good enuff. I did previously want to stick to the 220 class but on second thought i just want to be as big and as strong as humanly possible.......done!
Well its time to start over. I dropped to somewhere around 160ish for a time and got pretty frail. I have got myself back to around 175 and workin on more...and more....and more!
Steve wanted to see my fire lit again so........BOOM!!
I won't log much more than my bench, dead and squat #'s cuz truthfully there all that matter to me. Follow along if ya like and lets get this party started!
