Smoked is all I got to say. Preloaded my workout with EFX Kotic, iRush, Tezt Charge and 1 cap Tribilus. Intra workout sipped on Karbolyn and bcaa's. Lifts felt good, got a good stretch. Later in the day I got in 20 minutes HIIT.

DB Bench Press -
4 sets of 12-15 reps Rest-pause on final set*

Not going to post todays lifts as it's the same my last post only upped the weights and dropped my reps to 9-11. Didn't have as much time to post up the rest of last weeks lifts but I got them in every day WOOT!

Woke up at 3:50 AM to get my lifts in prior to working my 12 hour shift today. Not a bad workout but took a little bit to get loosened up and things bangin I'm sooo glad I have a heater in the garage now as it was COLD with a little snow on the vehicles.

Preworkout:

25g EFX Pro Whey
EFX Test Charge
1 EFX Tribulus
1 EFX Kre-Alkalyn Pro

Overall an ok workout. I almost didn't lift today as I woke up with a migraine and have been feeling sick all day from medicine. I over came it and got my but in there, it helps when you only have to go a few feet to workout. Had a good pump but felt I didn't give it my all, but it's expected. Energy was good and workout went like this today:
