Workout Time: 50 minutes?

Workout Grade: C-

Progress, but it was a grinder compared to a pound lighter. My CNS was off today. Not much, but enough to be noticeable. On 500 my legs were shaking, and on 582 I had to lock them tight - and my right leg was still shaking.

Normally this is when we as lifters get the urge to say:

"Gee, next session I am going to deload!"

No. I am not going to deload. I am going to go into my next session and squat according to how I feel. I am NOT overreaching, so why deload?

I really don't like the concept of modifying the next workout just because this workout was sub-par. Sure, there are valid reasons for adjustments, but an off day is not one of them.

So let it be written, so let it be done.

Got my squat wraps around 5x for the first time.

Squats

235 x 3
325 x 1
415 x 1
445 x 1
475 x 1
505 x 1

582 x 1 - PR for singles, but a grinder

When you have a crappy workout, don't step back. Move forward. Fight!
