Workout Time: 67 minutes

Workout Grade: B+

Another step forward, squat singles are up to 570 pounds.

My mid-back was a little off drop Friday's deadlift PR session, but I wanted to go to war anyway. You don't know you can do it, until you do it. Now that I know 570 is comfortable, I will stick with it.

Form felt a little off, but I kept my focus. I've been in an excellent form groove lately. The last few reps felt better.

Also adding in more warmup singles to the mix. Slowly. The jump from 465 to 570 is simply far too much, so from now on I am bumping 30-40 pounds, starting at 415.

On a good note, things were NOT shaky today. My CNS is 100%.

Squats
145 x 5
145 x 5
235 x 3
325 x 1
415 x 1 - Add knee wraps
445 x 1
475 x 1
505 x 1

570 x 1 ...+5 bump. One step closer to 600 pound singles.
