I doubt your mental edge is all that far away! Awesome work hitting it when it you had doubts, anyway.

I alo really appreciate your mentioning how you were feeling mentally, though. I know for me, I read some of these logs and a lot of you guys are just banging out monstrous weights on a regular basis seemingly without a conscience at all, when I get at least a little worried if not downright scared every time I get under a bar with 85%+ on it.

It's nice to know you monster lifters get a little worried sometimes too.

I've never feed you any bravado. This stuff literally scares me every time I do it.

Workout Time: 39 minutes

Workout Grade: A+

Eccentrics are fast and tight. Working with no assistance work at all has been a boon. Just benching 2x a week, and strain free.

Slaughtering PRs lately. 6, 7, 8 workouts in a row?

Was able to get 6 reps in tonight before I lost tightness. No where near failure. I don't mind. Just focused on adding 5 pounds a week.
