I am tired of being mediocre.

I'm losing the mental battle right now, not pushing myself hard enough. I'm doing work instead of working. I'm not testing and pushing, I'm pretending. I can do better than this. I expect to do better than this. I expect more out of myself.

What's the point in going through the motions? What's the point of walking out of the gym saying that was ok? It's not ok. I'm not where I was 4 months ago.

4 months ago I was pulling 635 deadlift singles frequently. Today I looked at the bar with fear. Is this progress? I am making progress on squats, and bench, but deadlifts are winning.

The problem has been found. The problem will be fixed.

I don't do this crap to be mediocre.
