Default Wed 25th July

Went heavier today as I have errands to run tomorrow after work.

Did a session yesterday but did not log it. It was just a light session, to feel out a few things. Did snatches, overhead squats, highpulls, snatch grip bhnp, french curl, BB curls.

Weight used 135lbs

Back Squats

3x10

Front Squats

3z5

Front press

3x5

9 full cleans.

I really like how I feel doing this workout.

Hopefully I will feel good enough tomorrow to lift a little. Antibiotics are kicking my butt today. They gave me a strong anti, and I'm not liking life today.
