I'm a little sore, but not bad. Forcing myself to not push up the weight too fast.

115lbs done daily adds up. The weight felt way heavier than what it is. I'm getting a feeling for what it must be like to train in an Eastern bloc training protocal.

Hard to imagine doing something like this every day. That said, your work is looking good.

Off Road and I were talking earlier this year about cycling 20 rep squats because of how quickly the brutality adds up. I'm sure eventually for you things will start to morph into daily max work, or working based on how you feel that day.

I concur with you. I already work based on how I feel, and always leave a little in the tank.

I'll need to work progressively on sets in short order. Right now the weight is not that heavy so I can just go straight sets. With the current setup, 115lbs will be my beginning weight for awhile. I can go up in 5, 10 or 20lb jumps with the plates that I have.

I have this in Atlanta.

5ft bar, weighs about 12lbs.
6ft bar, weighs about 15lbs.

Plates
6- 25lb
4- 10lb
2- 5lb
4- 2.5lb

Thats enough variation to do some decent work.

Default Monday July 23rd.

Went heavier with my Olympic set as I'm at home in Houston.

Weight used 135lbs

Back squats off rack
1x10

Cleans
3x3

Clean Press /Back Squat
3x8
Clean/Front squat
3x5

Push press off rack
2x5
1x3
1x2
2x3

15 Total cleans

Weight felt pretty good, but slightly heavy. One day off since last session.
Fly back to Atlanta in the morning.
