Bench: 240x5, 275x5, 310x4(?!) put the bar down took a breath and then squeezed out +3.
Supinated BB Row: 10x135, 10x185, 10x195, 3x10x225
Military BB Press: 5x10x135 (ouch)
Facepull: 3x20x120
Cable Curl: 3x15x100 (fat bar)
Pec Dec: 2x20x140
Tri Pressdown: 2x25x100 (fat bar)


Lot's of work today. Maybe over did it a little. Don't know what happened with the bench, maybe I was just too exhausted from work. I need to add more weight to the rows, baby needs more back.

I feel off this week. Asthma has been acting up.

Military press: 140x3, 160x3, 182x12
Supinated pulldown: 10x200, 4x10x210
DB paragrip bench press: 5x12x75
Facepull: 3x20x130
BB curl: 3x8x110

Sucking wind. Felt like I had mud in my lungs. Does anyone else here have asthma issues?

DL: 460x5 (gassed) then +4 more...far cry from the 10 reps I was shooting for.
Punishment DL: 5x5x335
Pause Front Squat: 135x5x5..just feeling these out

Thanks Steve but that's a far, far cry from where I should be. So I took a week off, I felt exhausted and new semester at school began so I figured a quick break would do me well...and it did.

Bench: 135x20, 235x5, 275x3, 2x295, 1x315, 1x335, 1x360
Bench to Shoulder Pad on chest (probably about 5"): 5x5x275
Supinated Pulldown: 3x8x240
BB Curl: 2x8x105
Rev flye: 3x10x150

This was a good workout. Maybe I needed the break? The 360, isn't the 435 I am hoping for, but honestly it felt like 85% effort. I think with some smart training, I should be able to hit 400 in a few months.

Diet wise, I haven't made anymore progress while on this trace carb diet. My nutrition guy who offered to take me on is a little stunned at my non-response to low-carbing. I am trying like Hell to get down to 280 but my body just does not want to let go of the 300. There is an RPS competition coming up in November, I am on the fence about it for many reasons. But if I decide to do it, I have a 5500 calorie plan waiting for me.
