I experienced this a bit this week. I turned my squat rack around and the back mat sloped up a bit, so it was like squatting with a slightly raised heel. A minor change, but my butt could feel it.

Left shoulder and elbow are on fire.

Bench Press: 335x1 paused (easy press), 275x16 (equates to a 412 max)

DB Alt OHP: 3x10x65..I like these, you can feel them in the abzzz

Laying DB Ext: 2x20x35

DB Alt Curl: 1x25x35


So my elbow and shoulder are freaking killing me right now. I was going to do military presses but with my shoulder so throbby I couldnt even lock it out. Anyone have any good advice on how to fix this?

Watched a vid of donnie thompson talking about setting shoulders ocer at supertraining.tv yesterday, dont have the link right now (im on the cell) but google it. Hope it can help, recover!

Thanks, I pulled 615 w/o a belt in february and then had a bunch of training f ups along the way. I hope to get back there soon.

Bench Press: 340x1, 295x10 +1

OHP: 3x5x185

DB Supinated Curl: 3x12x40

Tri Pushdown: 2x20x100

Para Grip Seated Row: 4x15x150


Wish I had gotten more reps in on the bench, shoulder still sucks, I haven't lost squat on the diet and the cardio has actually made negative difference on my goal. I'm not complaining though, at least I still have my looks.
