1-arm snatches

went slower on this set--no stopping
I've performed similar sets with sumo deadlifts. Brutal but fun work.

Long sumo sets must be intense...!

Chaos and Pain guy talks about loading up a bar and seeing how many singles you can do in 30 min.

7/15/12 Sun

Pullups: 7
Chins: 8
Pullups: 8
Chins: 7
Pullups: 6

I have modified pullups in two ways; as I mentioned earlier I'm now counting only the reps where my chin is on top of the bar & ideally bar is hitting the neck.

Today I added a complete stop between each pullup rep.

Probably won't do this on every workout in the future but its a good variation.

You guys have found the formula for success: Encouragement.

On my previous forum there was a lot of criticism and not much encouragement. When you're criticized you feel as if you're on your own; when you're encouraged you want to do more. Simple...

Simple.

There is too much criticism in this niche. I see it on other forums too. People trying to micromanage success.

We keep things respectful here, and that builds trust. These guys do want you to succeed. I've personally met and trained with at least 20 folks here, and I can tell you they work their asses off. They love what they do.
