Note: Forgot to state that the weight on the 1-arm snatches from floor: 53 lbs.

Good input 5kg, thank you...holding a plate behind the head does feel strange

Thanks BTB. You're not old, you're strong.

???

KB medley

40 lb
2 sets
each set 60 reps w/o stop
10 reps squat swing L, R
10 reps snatch L, R
10 reps clean and press L, R

Continuous KB snatch
40
Goal: 10:00 (no break)
Actual: 7:30, then ~1 min. break, then 1:30 + 10 addl' reps

Notes
Did 10:00 continouous before with 35. Why only 7:30 before taking a break? Mental weakness is prob. reason. Plus 5 lbs more, and did 2 sets of medley first.

Goals: 40 lb 10:00 Oct. 7
53 lb 120 rep 5:00 Oct. 14
53 lb 10:00 Oct. 21
53 lb addl reps 10:00 Oct. 21

That looks like an insanely fund and effective variation.

Deadlift numbers are looking good.

Thanks for the input Big Swede. Funny you should type that as the actual name of the KB Medley is "Kettlebell Hell" (for real)
