Chains are cool lol, your leverages improve quickly in this movement and the chains really help to make it harder.

Thanks, I compete in the Canadian affiliate of the IPF. I'm looking at hopefully doing some multi-ply meets in North Dakota this year or next year.

Heck yes. 2 days off is my limit. Some days I might even just do calves to satisfy my craving for the iron.
