Took our homemade prowler out tonight, I hate it but it's good.
Pushed it with 2 plates for 200'
Pulled it with 2 plates 3x200'
It certainly gets the blood going I need to work into it slowly so it doesn't affect my fattness too much. DE bench tomorrow.

what is this cardio stuff your doing? this isnt cross fit!!!! LOL jk. I think I may pull the sled today. Got to come up with inventive ways to train my legs!

Thanks Swede, I haven't tried it yet, I realized how bad my conditioning is and will have to try to do more of this type of training.

Lol, this concludes my cardio for a 2 month period.

Sept.5
Bench 165+90ish chains-9x3 alternating grip close, medium, and POR
JMs 165+chains-3x8
Death by boards-265 missed last 3 reps-pissed me off next time
Face pulls-Blue band-3xlots S.S. with
Shrugs-225+a body-3xlots done on the viking press attachment

Didn't have the greatest session today but everything else is feeling healthy. I just got word that there will be 3 National level judges at the meet on November 18 which means lifters can set National records. I will probably take a shot at a National bench record hopefully.
