One thing you have to learn Coop is that people want to see you succeed. No one here is ever trying to flame you. They are trying to get a message across, but in the years you've been here you haven't connected with that message yet.

My advice to you from this point forward is to stop thinking in terms of routines, and start focusing on getting as strong as you can on the basic exercises no matter what you're doing on a given day.

Sound fair enough?

Thank you sir, I appreciate that, i will focus on getting strong on the main exercises, ill get in and do what i can with the main exercise and get out, i was gonna hit the gym today but just worked 13.5 hours im seriously just dead, one more day then i get my 4 days off., just keep an eye on this log, there will be workouts.

2 honeybuns and 2 chocolate milks
2 slices pizza/powerade
3 fried chicken breasts/3 biscuits/protein shake
2 beef jerky
protein shake
2 baked chicken breasts
1 pack ramen with hotsauce/plate of homemade cheese dip with jimmy dean patty sausage
before bed ill probably have some chocolate milk

I'll save you some trouble. Lift and when you can add 5lbs to the bar.
