Ground beef, whole chickens, chicken breasts, pork shoulders, all by the case. Its much cheaper this way if you have a big freezer

With these always stocked, I then buy whatever veggies i need on a weekly basis.

Im thinking i will be adjusting seated ohp for push press, i like the feel much better, or atleast standing ohp.

Thanks btb. Rather proud of the dips. They have came along way. From 3x5 to 3x10 thats a 50% increase. Ill be adding weight next session

Sitting here think about it and ive made the decision, i want to see what i can add to my squat and deadlift in a year, of course i want my bench to go up, but more with these 2 lifts, theres just something about lifting heavy off the floor and digging to the top in a heavy squat rep

At your level you should worry less about focusing on anything specific and just focus on getting all your big lifts stronger. Just go do, quit thinking about it so much.

im behind by 5 workouts on posting, i will pst as soon as i can, i am still sore from my f2nd leg day and im going on my third i think i really need to start my squat and deadlift over and get everything back settled instead of trying to jump into old maxes, check my ego
