I was doing my best to do so, but it was 110 outside so I didn't do it quite like I should have. My main goal when doing speed work is to move the weight as fast as I can. I realize that it's good to have short rests, but in my mind it's more important to be as explosive and as fast as you can even if that means you rest longer than you're supposed to for a dynamic day.

I nearly done died yesterday. The humidity here in Vegas has been really high because of the rain and clouds and the gym I've been training at uses swamp coolers instead of AC. I had a pretty successful workout yesterday. I was able to hit a PR and that was the goal even though my elbows are pretty jacked at the moment.
