I may have missed it but do you have a meet your gettin ready for or have in mind for the future. You got some damn strong RAW #'s.

My next meet is in Nov. It's the IPL Worlds meet. I'll start officially prepping for that at about 16 weeks out.

A great squat session happened today. I hit a PR twice although both reps were a little high. I'll take it. I've never attempted 585 in the gym nor have I ever tried to do it twice.

SQUAT

585 x 1 x 2 both sets were a little high. 1st set was better than the 2nd though
