Yeah I'm glad I came out of that unscathed. It could have been much worse.

I just missed a bench PR today. I'm a little disappointed about it because it was a mental error and it shouldn't have happened. I'm happy because I know I've got the strength to hit the weight if I keep my form and technique the way it needs to be. Progress is good.

It's funny because all my sets leading up to that were great form and technique wise. No big deal though. I'll get another shot at it.

605 x 2.75 lost my grip on the third rep, woulda locked it out had I not lost me dang grip!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!
