That's some great work zz!

Landmines. One end of barbell wedged in corner. Load the other end with light weight, rotate it with both arms. Perhaps a video would be better.

thanks guys. I've been doing some strongman stuff and really enjoying it. I did an easy 240lb log press the other day. I've also done some stone work and did some farmers walks today.

ME BENCH (floor press)
365 x 1
405 x 1
365 x 4
315 x 10

CGBP
225 x 15
225 x 10
135 x 25

FARMERS WALK
110/hand x 60-80 feet?
200/hand x 60-80 feet? had to set this down once

I've never done farmers before and I was pretty surprised at how taxing it is. I like it.

No I have never done any of these implements before and my technique sucks right now. I'm not too worried about it though as my main focus is powerlifting, but I do wanna get semi familiar with the log press, stones, farmers walk, and tire flip before I do the competition coming up in Feb. I'm gonna see what I can do with the log tomorrow. My buddy/training partner hit 275 with the log today so I gonna see if I can match that or beat it. I think I can at least match it based on how 240 went last week. We'll see, but I'll a vid of failed attempts too to gather input.

DEADLIFT
405 x 2 x 2 + 100lbs of chain (Holy hell my conventional deadlift sucks ASS!!!)
315 x 2 x 4 + 100lbs of chain on 1.5" box (much better speed)
405 x 2 x 4 + 100lbs of chain off floor (felt very weird and out of the groove until I rolled out really good and finally my last 2 sets felt close to normal)
I probably won't be doing a whole lot of conventional deadlifting from here on out. Why? I don't see the reason and after I pull conventional my lower back feels wrecked. Not just sore, but messed up. I don't like that. I'll pull heavy SLDLs because they don't hurt my back and it will be of benefit to me. I used to think that training conventional deads would be helpful, but now I don't because of the way I feel afterwards.

CHEST SUPPORTED DB ROWS
80's x 12
80 x 13
80 x 12
80 x 10
80 x 5

LANDMINES
3 sets of 10-12

BARBELL CRUNCHES (lay down on bench backwards and lock feet into the front of bench and do crunches with the barbell across your chest like front squatting)
45 x 10
95 x 5 (lol too much)
45 x 10

haha, I guess that makes me feel better. It is what it is. I'd like to do conventional more often, but I don't know if I should waste my time. We'll see.
