Nice PR. I just noticed how long your stroke is, despite having a wide grip and a quality set up. Makes your pressing even more impressive.

My arms aren't really that long, but you're right that vid shows a fairly long stroke. If my arms were any longer my deadlift would be better, but my bench would probably be slightly weaker and vice versa my deadlift would be weaker, but my bench would be better. With that said I think I like the way they are as my deadlift has a bigger impact on my total. I do wish I had a better arch, but it is what it is and you just have to work with what you got I guess.
