For the past week I have moved my carb window later to 8pm or later. This gives me one large carb meal instead of the two I was having before. As a result my weight was a measly 96.95kgs this morning. Probably 4-5kgs to go. Gonna eat a little more this week and try to get down under 96 by Monday.

Not sure about that. I'm pretty carb free right now so won't be holding as much water. Could probably make it at a push from there but I would like to get right down and use the rebound to put on some more muscle.

Down 12 pounds in 2 months. About the pace I am trying for. 17 days of strict low carb, feeling strong and sleeping very well.

Pants fit better, much easier to get my shoes on. A little weight loss goes a long way.

Nice motivational work guys! I'll be looking to cut 10 lbs (that's about 5 kilos for you metric types) in january. Keep it up and stay strong. My approach has always been ~300g protein, 100g carbs and the rest fats with lots of fish oil. Occasional refeed meal. Works well for me.
