Possibly would have happened but I decided to stop working out completely. Seeing if this does anything for my back. I am getting kind of antsy to try deadlifts again but I can sense that it probably wont work. There is no pain in my back but I can feel a lingering numbness. It is not strong but there.

I think the slingshot is a great investment. It really gets you pumped up when you are able to throw some extra weight on there and push it. Also, you dont have to worry as much about a spotter as long as you arent working up towards the top of your limits(95% or higher). I can comfortably work up to around 90%+ without worrying about a spot.
