Nice pull Hazz. , think you should definitely go back to Smolov, it worked wonders for you last time , that and also because I dont want to be the only one in constant leg pain because of it.......... Yeah yeah u did warn me

Kind of meandering session with no real purpose. Sore shoulder put me down, but still hit out a bunch of volume of isolation stuff. Like I said above, going to drop benching for a week or so and just hit everything around it - lateral raises, tricep stuff, etc.

Cambered Bar Squat Lock-Out (11 holes down)

These were great. Cambered bar makes a big difference with them due to the camber in the bar sitting further back than where the bar is placed in the rack, if that makes sense. Means I needed my feet further forward than I expected and it felt like I was driving upwards, rather than pushing my hips through to full extension. Again, if that makes sense...

Cambered Bar Wide-ish Box Squat
60x5x2 sets
100x3x2 sets
140x3x3 sets
180x3x3 sets

Cut this short as my boss came in as I was half way through the 140 sets and we ended up chatting for about half an hour. Then Faz and Al rocked up so I just bashed out a few easy triples with 180 to finish up my squats.

Hammer Curl

Nice little end of my session, post-squats. Had lots of fun "helping" out Al and Faz with their benching and get involved in the banter. Nice to see the Big Brown Beast again and hopefully next time he comes down we'll tear up some squats or pulls.
