Thank you guys, I'll reply properly later when I'm on my laptop. Yesterday's training was fun, just smashed some heavy arse shrugs and some rows. Today I managed a 140kg bench press, which is a pretty huge milestone post-injury. Really pleased, plus it brings my total back up to around 660ish.

Thank you guys, they're pretty cheap Strength Shop Lokis, nothing special, but they do the job. One day I'll bite the bullet and buy a pair of Adidas shoes.

And yeah Mark, cardio! I'm even thinking about buying a bike!

Cheers Fazman. Yeah, as you probably know (250kg squat video is the most prominent evidence of it) I really 'tabletop' (my new favourite phrase) my squats. Anything in particular: RDLs, GHRs and box squats?
