Toning? what have you done with the real Hazzard?

How the heck do you hold 260kg for long enough to get 25 reps? That's damned impressive in itself let alone the rest of your lifts.

It's Summer bro, need to get toned for the ladies.

Straps mate! No way I could hold onto the bar, let alone with a pronated grip, for that long.
