Well, I like to learn to and want to do things right. So, thank you for the threads!

Felt fine DL'ing with my kness slightly bent, just noticed I had to 'pull' a little more.

I can't lie, I'm excited to reach two plates on my squats and deadlifts. I wanna be a beast in the gym and shock people!

2 plates it a great start. 3 becomes epic. At that point people will start to tell you "how dangerous" things are.

Workout B

Front Squat
1x10x45 (Warm-Up)
1x5x100
1x5x125
3x5x150

Barbell Rows
1x10x45 (Warm-Up)
1x5x65
1x5x80
3x5x95

OverHead Press
1x5x50
1x5x60
3x5x70

Deadlift
165x5
195x5
225x3
*Grip was slipping on my 3rd rep, but I think I could of made it to 5 reps. No one was in the gym and a crappy song was playing - kinda hard to keep motivated. So I started talking to myself out loud to psyche myself up and let out a couple grunts for good measure and pulled 2 plates!

Calf Raises
4x10x60

Barbell Wrist Curls
2x10x60

Had a good workout, saw the first guy there besides me who had a training journal. He was doing a flat bench press and superseting it with lat pull downs...

WorkOut A

Warm-Up:
Jump Rope - 100 reps

Back Squat:
1x10x45 (Warm-Up)
1x8x100 (Warm-Up)
-----------------------
1x5x160
1x5x180
1x4x200
2x3x200

Chin-Ups:
3x5
1x4
1x2 1/2

Bench Press:
1x10x45 (Warm-Up)
1x5x70
1x5x90
3x5x110

Incline Press:
1x5x45
1x5x65
3x5x85

Reverse Arm Curls:
1x10x50
1x9x50

Calf Raises:
5x10x60

Time: Hour and a half.

Pretty good workout, wondering if I should drop 5-10 pounds on the squat or keep pushing 200 until I can reach 3 sets of 5. I'm thinking; just keep working on 200 but, I don't mind taking a step back to take a few steps forward.

Good training! Regarding the squat it can be a good idea to aim for a little higher reps (5-8) for a while with a lighter weight. Just a suggestion!
