*I was in the f@ckin zone today! I did drink a 5-hour energy before, maybe that had something to do with it, but none the less squats felt great again.

*Kinda p!ssed I couldnt get the last two reps. Guess I'll stick with 115 until it becomes easier.

Well, I arrived at my gym at 7:42pm to find out they close at 8 Friday nights and the doors are locked. (Son of a...) Guess I gotta wait til Mon.

I couldnt handle not being able to lift yesterday so I had to train today!

*Not sure why I backed off 15lbs to go for higher reps... but, guess thats what my mind and body wanted.

Had an okay workout, was a little tired and not too motivated.

*Started to feel a little strain/pressure in my middle back when coming up in the 195lb range. Probabably reached my point and then some. But, I felt I had to push myself to see if I could Squat 200lbs, and I did!

Starting to have a love/hate relationship with benching cause I think I suck at it, but I'll just have to keep hammering away.

*Lifting 70lbs felt better than 80lbs, I didn't had to struggle as much.

Deadlifts

*Felt a little easier, might shoot for 215 or 220 next Monday.

Skipped calves & forearms had to go home and get ready for work, had a good session.
