Workout A

Back Squat
1x10x45 (warm-up)

*Squats felt great today, I think I got my form down! Another thing I noticed is, today I was squeezing the bar and using a little more of my arms to help support the weight. Usually I just let the bar wrest on my hands and not have much of a grip on the bar. Not to confuse anyone, the bar is mainly resting across my traps/shoulders... I only added an extra 5lbs to my squats but, I feel impressed and proud I squated 170lbs, only 30lbs away from 200lbs!

Chin-Ups

Bench Press

*Went with the Olympic grip today instead of crossing my arms. Its a little harder for me to do that grip. I was watching some training videos on youtube to learn how to do it. I figure I should learn the Olympic grip when I move on to Reg Park's power training program, which will include power cleans and clean and press.

Bent-Over Rows

Over-Head Press

1x4x80 (just couldn't get the 5th rep up)
1x5x80 (last set I used acceleration and explosiveness to make sure I got all 5 Reps)

*As I was psyching my self up for my last set, I guy sat on a bench to watch me. I knew I had to lift it now!

Barbell Wrist Curls

*Forced Reps on last set for the last few reps

Calf Raises

I been neglecting my abs. I'm too exhausted at the end to do 'em and I'm not worried about having a 6-pack at the moment. But, now I'm thinking I should work on my abs on Tuesdays and Thursdays to strengthen my core for certin lifts....

I agree, the next day my abdominals always sore, even the slightest movements burn!

@J_Byrd,

I've never had random person just stop and watch, I guess he wanted to see if I could lift it Sort of gave me a lil mental edge...

Other than that I had a good workout. Was breathing pretty heavy though - probably from smoking; still need to work on that!
