I can't tell you anything about your form, I just wanted to wish you good luck. I'm also working on form issues. Do you have anyway to video yourself? That's helped me a lot.

BTW- wouldn't a 5 x 5 program be good for someone trying to put on muscle? That's a lot of time under tension

No, at this moment I dont have a way to record myself, but would like to.. Soon as I can.

Sorry, not exactly sure what you mean time under tension. How long my workouts last?

Only had around a 45 min. window to train today and wasnt sure if I would even have time to go to the gym before work. Figured I'd go a little lighter today since I didnt really have much time to get focused, but even going a little lighter felt heavy! Not sure if it was mental or what...

Not really a great workout, but wanted to get in and atleast do something. I think my body is almost ready for a 1 week lay off..

Had a pretty good workout today, tried a second attempt for a PR Deadlift but failed. Though I did get the bar a little farther off the ground the last time I tried. (About a month ago)
