Looks like you're taking in sufficient protein. Calories look fairly normal as well.

BendTheBar, IronWill, Chillen and big_swede. Thanks for all of your support!

My long term goal is to reach 220+lbs of mainly quality muscle, Its not just the "Image" though, I enjoy enjoy lifting heavy weights and increasing the poundages to see how far I can go. I feel stronger and have a sense of accomplishment.

Starting with Workout A tomorrow morning, will post log then.

Great goals. I love lifting for both size and strength. Just keep moving one step at a time, you'll get there.

I havent been wearing a belt when I'm lifting. I am starting to wonder if I should for deadlifting and squats?

I don't wear one. Some guys swear by them. I would play it by ear. If you feel you may need one then definitely give it a try.

@BendTheBar and IronWill, I agree I dont think I really need one. Though, I've seen alot of youtube videos of powerlifters and olympic weight lifters wear 'em, which makes me curious. But, those guys are lifting some serious weight, which may be good to keep some pressure off their back?

Another thing I been wondering about is stretching.. It seems like I've always been told you should stretch before you workout to prevent injuries, give you more muscle contraction, flexibility and full range of motion and ect.
Now, I been reading some claims that you should not stretch before lifting weights. Whats the deal here? I guess this can also go in hand whether I should wear a belt or not...
