Been watching some vids of powerlifters deadlift. I noticed their grip is just a hair outside the smooth area and their shins inside the smooth part of the bar. Made some adjustments from what I saw cause my foot and grip spacing was a little wider. Bringing things in a little bit made a difference.

Been debating whether to do Reg Parks power schedule or follow Wendlers 5/3/1 for powerlifting after my current 5x5 program. So far I'm leaning more towards Wendlers program and think that may be more up my alley. Though Reg's power schedule seems good as wel... Anyways I came up with a rough draft for the 3/5/1 template:

Squat 3/5/1
Good Mornings
Leg Curls
Weighted Sit-Ups

Bench 3/5/1
Incline Bench
Lat Pull Downs
Dumbell Pull Overs

Deadlift 3/5/1
Front Squat
Barbell Rows
Weighted Sit-Ups

Press 3/5/1
UpRight Rows
Close-Grip Press
Barbell Curls

Thinking of doing 3 sets of 10 for assistance work.

Not sure if this is exactly what I'll do but this is my current plan.
