Had plans to train yesterday but a co-worker called in sick the 3rd day in a row so I had to go to work 3hrs early...

Workout A

Back Squat

Chin-Ups

Bench Press

*Finally went up 5 pounds!! After watching Clinton Dardens foot positioning video for benching I found out I was putting my feet too far under me. So I put my feet in a more "neutral" position and felt more stable and felt more heel drive.

Standing Machine Calf Raises
3x10x60

Good workout today overall.

4 Months into my program now. Going to really start focusing on my progression and intensity. Plan on following this program for 2 more months then switch to Reg's Power Schedule. Basically the same lifts and rep scheme but a little more volume. Gonna hit the gym tomorrow, will update then.

Great workout today! Added 5 pounds to Squats & Rows last time, was debating this morning whether I should add another 5lbs or not. But said to my self, why not? So I went in the the gym with a mind set that I'm the badest MoFo in here and made all my lifts. Feeling like a beast right now after a 250 sinlge!

Thanks BtB, I been slacking on adding 5lbs each week or each workout. So I want to really work on that and keep my numbers going up! Also trying to eat more

*Could lift 195 for 3x5 monday, but couldn't make all 5 reps with 200 today. Maybe cause I wasnt feeling a 100%...
