Tank's Training Log
New training, new log. I'll keep this short and sweet: Every-other-day, full-body, linear progression. Just basic, hard work to make the most of my training time by adding a little size.

Day 1

BW x 8/6/3.5

135 x 10/10/10

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
45 x 10/10/10

Barbell Rows
95 x 10/10/10

BW + 10 x 10
BW + 5 x 7
BW x 6

Great session, felt exhausted afterwards. Plan to add some abs at the end.

Off to a good start Tank. Getting strength up here is always a good thing and may transfer well should you choose to return to the oly lifts.

Thanks, buddy. I dropped 'em! It's actually mostly circumstantial; I've reduced the frequency of my training, so I had to refine it, whittle it down to bare necessities. I'm going to train full-body mid-high volume, every-other-day, and see if I can put some of the same size I've added to my legs on the rest of my body! :mh:

Sounds like a plan Tank! Smash that weight!
