Those numbers are low Al. The accessory work is 50% and I read I was supposed to go light the first week. I'll get the numbers up there!! Dylan has been making steady progress as well since about a month ago he couldnt even bench the barbell itself more than 6 reps. Thanks for following along Al you know how much I respect you opinion.

I just meant you are way stronger than this and I expect you to progress very quickly once you get back into the swing of things. I have every confidence in you.

My hips never feel like they are activating enough. I really need to address this issue so I can get my squat numbers up. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated!
