So are you still doing three breaths between each rep? I presume this makes it even harder?

It's gotten to the point where the final 10 reps are pretty much huff-and-puff. The three breaths minimum are definitely harder because you can't just bang out reps and make the set shorter.

It will be madness when I hit 400 for singles and 300 for 20 reps.

My back is really sore and stiff today, so the deload week has come at the right time. I went fishing yeasterday and that didn't help matters any. I ended up slipping into a hole and banged myself up pretty good. But had a good day fishing and joking around with friends. Off topic but, there are some weird people out there, I went to the store yesterday and some guy kept calling me "Muscle Milk." I didn't know if I should be flattered or worried...
