I have this journal to post my 20 rep squat progress, but I thought I'd post something different so you guys don't think I sit on my ass the rest of the week

Light Squat
135 lb x 5
185 lb x 5
225 lb x 5, 5, 5

Deadlift
150 lb x 5
200 lb x 5
240 lb x 5
305 lb x 5
345 lb x 5
385 lb x 5

Bar Dips
BW x 5
+25 lb x 5
+60 lb x 8, 7, 6

Prowler Pushes
125 lb Prowler x 6 sets

Notes:
I pushed the Prowler 20 yards on the high handles, then ran around and pushed it 20 yards back with the low handles, then ran around and pushed it 20 yards on the high handles again, then ran around and pushed it 20 yards back on the low handles again. So each set was 80 yards and I did 6 sets. That was a killer but I need to keep the conditioning up for the 20 reppers!
