Bench

Add shirt
365 x 1 no touch 2 board

425 x 1 no touch
455 x 1 no touch. Lockout felt strong. Not sure if technique or weight to light to touch

Need more top end work on both lifts. Need to grow into squat suit or have hips taken in. Anyone who thinks they will immediately add 200-300lbs just putting on gear has not tried gear.

Good starting point IMO. Get the hips taken in. If you are worried about doing it locally Ginny can do it, she can have it back to you in like a week.

Trying to get used to wraps. Feels like it changes up the first half of the lift. Not sure how much they actually helped.
