speed was a bit slower with the close grip, but definitely hit my triceps hard. should be good for my sticky point

probably...hahah...i've bounced around so much, i'm not sure.

my squat pr is 425 over the summer...that is when i did a wide stance and was maxing out weekly going for pr's...then one day i strained my low back with 275, and decided that a wide stance was not for me.

I suppose it is possible. i could always add a few sets after max effort work

not sure what the band tension added...maybe 200? will test it out next time

pause squats
230x3x5
put my hands out on the collars for last two sets...took strain off my elbow plus bar felt more stable

abs

Awaiting my adjustable box to be built and shipped. Using bench now which is much too high.

I have the same shoulder issue. I dont know how anyone can grab the squat bar in tight.

Out of boredom and curiousity, i calibrated my band tensions at the various lengths i use them.

The doubled monster minis and green avg bands add 215 at the top of my squat. good to know that i can easily power up 440+.....now just need to get the bottom half of the lift stronger. guess more weight on the bar is needed
