I know the deadlift feeling. I ended up RDL my next to last set last week. You will crush the 325 next time, you just need the near max weight for a few weeks.

That and:

- Arch
- Get tight instead of being a loose pool of rasberry jelly.
- Take the bar out with your lats and tris
- Use some leg drive

And this is coming from the worst bench presser ever.

speed bench
155 +Doubled monster mini 8x3

speed off chest was fine but half way up slowed down a bit. maybe less band tension is needed or i just have to keep working to overcome that weak spot

One arm pushdown
monster mini 3x15

one arm hammer curl
monster mini 3x15

facepull
monster mini 3x15

decided to do all band movements as the bench tweaked my forearm a bit. guess speed work aggrevates it.

Looks good Bill. You changing grips on the speed work or just sticking with your benching grip width?

used a bench till a get my box. Was a couple inches high. weight was easy but felt some torque on my knee so stopped

tried some gm's but my hammies are fried.
