Deadlift
420 x 2 x 3 pr for reps. never actually pulled more than 405 for reps

2" block snatch grip deadlift
275 x 10
275 x 5

low back was shot to hell.

back raises
x 30

missed out on half of the snatch grip pulls, some squatting and lunges. legs are still super sore from saturday, low back was jacked. took 30 mins just to be able to walk upright.

live to fight another die.

My advice is don't wait. That grip stuff on squats will do some damage.
