yes, 9 days out. on saturday, i was contemplating just taking my squat opener to see how i feel since i have neglected lower body stuff since the back strain.

It's all about the cube. my bench responds well to high volume, and the cube has plenty.

365 x 1 no box

just wanted to hit my opener today. now just sit and wait...and hopefully not put on more than 2lbs during the week.

RPS nj championships

First pl meet. went 9/9 and 120lbs in prs. i left nothing on the mat.

squat

500 finally!!!
525 50lb pr

Some of the help bailed and nobody was stepping up, so i help spot/load on the 3rd and 4th squat flights. i thought that was going to mess up my day. also got a free meet voucher for helping.
