hahah. you guys are funny.

I've been lifting. I have learned that trying to add muscle while being fat is making me fatter.

Been lifting 2x a week w/some conditioning work after lifting, and an additional 2 days of conditioning stuff. the goal is to get leaner, so i can work on mass without getting fatter.
