I wanna thank AMS and Titan for hooking this up. I was wanting to try out this new DecaSARM RDe and they hooked me up. So thank you guys!

DecaSarm the "Meat and Potatoes" of this "cycle" is supposed to be a non-liver toxic rapid dissolving lean and dry mass hardening supplement. So I will be using this supplement to cut HARD! This is going to be dramatic and I'm not going to list all my secrets, tricks or tips. Because there won't be any! Strict diet and carefully planned training and intensity is all that will be going on here. I work a pretty messed up shift now, so some days just might be some body weight work or just cardio (all HIIT) but on my off days the weights will fall!

Started the Super Cycle today so nothing to report, DecaSarm going down tomorrow.

Today was 20 minutes HIIT and sweated like a pig.

Weighed in at 170lbs and BF is right around 14%, not where I want to be at all. Stress and life has really brought me down and I'm ready to regain what has been lost. Here a couple pics from today:

Todays workout was pretty descent besides loosing some strength which I'm hoping to reclaim by the end of this. Intensity was good, focus was strong and the music was cranking!

OK so it's been a sold week now and all is going well. Not "feeling" any thing per se but noticing a nice leaning effect already. Been a little grouchy and my face broke out a bit. Workouts have been feeling good as well with good focus aggression and fullness. No cramping or muscle tightness (dehydration) of any kind, I've been making sure to get my gallon or more a day in. My diet has been on point but not hitting the cardio like I should be. All in all I am contributing my leanness to the DecaSarm for now, I have about 3 weeks left to go and plan to step things up this week!
