Damn at the workouts man! May need to get with you to help with my workouts and diet (srs)

I apologize in advance for my lack of presence. Been working 16+hrs/day and also doing my own home remodels. I try to sleep between it all which equals all my time lol

I hear you on the time thing, holla at me if you feel you need help. Being the first week I won't bump it up but we will see how it goes next week. If anything it will be on week 3, I will probably just ride it out with 6 caps then if needed.

Good luck with the remodel, we've done some this year ourselves and glad it's over though I have been working near 12 hour days myself.
